We are looking for a Lead Engineer specialized in Homologation & Regulatory Compliance.
- Responsible for regulatory compliance and certification processes across regional and international markets.
- Manages end-to-end product approval cycles, liaises with regulatory authorities, and ensures alignment with evolving standards.
- Collaborates cross-functionally to support product readiness, market entry, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- 5+ years of Experience ( 2 years in GCC ) in Homologation
- Strong understanding of regional and international regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects
- Experience working with government agencies and certification bodies
- Skilled in risk assessment, documentation, and regulatory reporting
- Comfortable working in multicultural and fast-paced environments
- Willing to travel regionally or internationally as required
