JP Legal is seeking a highly experienced Lawyer with extensive knowledge of Saudi Arabian and UAE laws and regulations. The successful candidate will provide legal advice to clients, support cross-border transactions, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist businesses with their corporate and commercial legal needs across both jurisdictions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.); a Master's Degree or additional legal qualifications is an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of legal experience, preferably within a law firm or corporate legal environment.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian and UAE laws, regulations, and business practices.
- Proven experience advising corporate clients on legal and regulatory matters.
- Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
