Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a Law Student Recruiting Coordinator for a contract opportunity. This role supports law student and entry-level recruiting, coordinates summer associate programming, and assists with onboarding, events, candidate data, and hiring logistics. The role is Onsite in San Francisco, CA. *Law Student Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities:* * Coordinate full-cycle recruiting and hiring for law students and entry-level candidates, including interviewer feedback and candidate files. * Assist with onboarding summer, entry-level, lateral associates, and off-track attorneys, including orientation and integration activities. * Plan and administer summer associate programming, including orientations, training programs, social events, and performance tracking. * Collaborate with law school career services departments and student groups on interview programs, sponsorship events, and engagement opportunities. * Maintain recruiting data and application records in viDesktop, respond to statistical inquiries, administer surveys, and support special projects. *Law Student Recruiting Coordinator Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree required. * At least one year of administrative experience in a law firm or professional services environment required. * Prior recruiting experience is ideal, with legal recruiting experience preferred. * Experience with an Applicant Tracking System and social media platforms such as LinkedIn is preferred. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement.
