You'll review and assess legal and regulatory compliance requirements for insurance and business operations, analyze policies, contracts, and documentation for compliance risks and gaps, prepare compliance reports and recommendations for internal stakeholders, collaborate with legal and business teams to implement compliance solutions, and stay current on regulatory changes affecting the organization.
You need 2–3 years of legal, compliance, or regulatory experience (law background, paralegal, or compliance analyst roles), strong research and writing skills, and knowledge of relevant compliance frameworks. A law degree or paralegal certification is helpful but not required — demonstrated compliance expertise and attention to legal detail are your key qualifications.
