This position is tailored-made for someone who is seeking to grow his/her career, has a strategic sales mindset and the willingness and hunger to learn. As a Junior Sales Representative, you will give each customer a world-class experience by exploring and meeting their needs, utilizing the company's products and services.
Responsibilities
Receive and handle incoming calls and emails
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Identify and engage new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients, expanding our customer base
Monitor customer performance, optimize job ads and provide consultation as required
Be able to assess customer needs on the fly and provide accurate assistance and information
Ensure and provide high quality of service to customers in a professional manner
Gain feedback from customers and transfer it efficiently to key stakeholders
Achieve personal and group sales goals while contributing in sales development strategies
Bachelor’s degree
Fluency in Greek, and good command of the English language
Computer literacy
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer oriented mindset together with positive, and “can-do” attitude
Fulfilled military obligations
Proven work experience in a sales or customer support role will be considered as a plus
