- Attend other branches to support network or hardware problems
- Install and maintain antivirus server
- VPN configuration
- PC troubleshooting
- Printer installation like Epson, HP and Sato
- Setup barcode label for Sato printer
- Support Gmail for company email
- Configure wifi for other branch offices
- Support system development
- Support preparing weekly/monthly management report
- Posses Diploma in Information Technology (Computer/Network) or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in the similar job functions
- Knowledge in PC & Server Hardware Software, troubleshooting, server & networking support
- Programming knowledge in VB, VB.Net & Microsoft Access will be advantaged
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu
- Must work well both in a team & independently under minimal supervision
