Who You Are:
As the Legal Counsel IP you will be responsible for providing practical and comprehensive advice and research to assist our Polish based Warsaw Stock Exchange listed companies on a range of legal and business matters, including copyright advice, marketing advice, software compliance advice and IT contracts review, as well as general contract advice. You will also liaise with our external legal counsels in foreign jurisdictions such as US, UK and Canada.
You should bring high level of initiative and a strong work ethic. We are looking for a passionate person with the ability to communicate and work with various teams across the organization who likes finding practical solutions to complex problems.

What You’ll Do:
- Prepare advice and legal drafting on all types of intellectual property and IT agreements, including creative services, licensing and talent agreements
- Draft, review and negotiate a range of other commercial terms and agreements
- Proactively support the PCF Group Legal Department and business units in their day-to-day operations
- Prepare and provide practical legal advice and cooperate with PCF Group internal departments
- Support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and legal processes in People Can Fly Group
- Keep track on development of legal landscape and trends in the video game industry
- Other projects and duties as assigned
- 7+ yrs of experience in IP and IT (preferably in the international law firm)
- Polish Bar membership (legal advisor or advocate)
- Strong knowledge of civil laws, including strong working knowledge of copyright and IT-related laws and solid understanding of intellectual property issues in video game and technology environment. Knowledge of consumer laws will be a high advantage
- Demonstrable experience with negotiating and preparing various commercial and technology agreements
- Ability to independently work to manage entire contract process from drafting and negotiating the initial contact to the execution of the contract
- Experience of working in an international, fast-paced environment
- Ability to assess business and legal risk in a focused and efficient manner, and prioritize workload effectively
- Full professional proficiency in English, both verbal and written (a must)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Experience in the video game industry will be an advantage
