- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract potential candidates.
- Arrange and facilitate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless process.
- Communicate with candidates and stakeholders about interview details and post-interview feedback.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities in G-sheets.
- Assistance with onboarding new hires processes as needed.
- Any other matters assigned (ad-hoc).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong time-management abilities with an eye for detail, especially when juggling calendars and candidate records.
- Prior internship or project experience in HR is a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace.
