About Growth
The SEEK Pass Growth function is responsible for accelerating adoption, value and growth by increasing awareness and usage of both SEEK Pass and verified credentials on SEEK. The function focuses on expanding credential range and adoption in each country through local partnerships, integrations, insights and marketing, building a strong ecosystem of HR integration partners to grow usage, value and revenue, while developing the capabilities needed to scale SEEK Pass. In practice, this spans marketing, country growth, government and vendor engagement, ecosystem integrations, and risk and accreditation.
SEEK Pass is revolutionising how over 5 million people manage their verified credentials across Asia-Pacific. You will lead the strategic delivery of partner integrations that expand our ecosystem and drive growth. This newly created role reports to the Senior Growth Manager (Ecosystem) and requires someone who can think strategically about integration delivery while building the frameworks and processes that enable scale.
You will work across SEEK Pass Growth, product squads, sales teams, and external partners to ensure integrations deliver predictable business outcomes and partner value. As we expand our partner network with increasingly sophisticated organisations, you'll need a solid understanding of how APIs work combined with commercial judgment to design delivery approaches that balance speed, quality and business impact. This isn't about executing task lists—you'll be thinking through how to streamline partner journeys, identify bottlenecks in API integration processes, design scalable frameworks, and create visibility that drives better business decisions.
Success in your first 6-12 months means establishing delivery frameworks that improve integration velocity and quality, creating pipeline visibility that informs growth strategy, and building stakeholder confidence through predictable, business-focused delivery. This role is based in Kuala Lumpur with occasional travel across APAC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize end-to-end API integration delivery frameworks that enable ecosystem growth and partner success
- Think strategically about integration scoping and solution design, understanding API architecture and technical trade-offs
- Build scalable processes, governance and tooling that improve API integration predictability and reduce time-to-value
- Create visibility and reporting frameworks that connect integration delivery to business health and growth metrics
- Identify patterns, bottlenecks and opportunities to systematically improve how we deliver API-based partner integrations
- Orchestrate cross-functional alignment across internal teams and external partners through strong stakeholder management
- Establish best practices and templates that enable consistent, high-quality API integration delivery as the partner network scales
- Proven experience leading API integration delivery on large-scale projects with focus on process design and scalability
- Solid understanding of how APIs work with ability to engage credibly in technical conversations about integration architecture
- Strong systems thinking with ability to design frameworks, identify patterns and solve for scale
- Growth-oriented mindset with understanding of how delivery excellence drives ecosystem expansion and partner value
- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination across technical and commercial teams
- Comfortable operating in high ambiguity environments, bringing structure and strategic thinking to complex problems
Desirable but not required
- Experience scaling integration or partnership functions.
- Familiarity with API-enabled products or platform ecosystems.
- Domain knowledge in identity, verification or credentialling.
- Experience in marketplaces, SaaS or B2B technology.
- Exposure to release management or implementation governance.
- Experience in start-ups, scale-ups or newly created functions.
