You'll oversee installation schedules and resource allocation across regions, manage vendor and client relationships to ensure on-time, quality deployments, mentor installation teams and coordinate training programs, track performance metrics and budgets to drive efficiency, and resolve escalations that affect customer satisfaction and revenue.
You need 8+ years in operations, program management, or healthcare installation leadership. A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred but not always required if you have exceptional hands-on experience. PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials are a major asset.
