WeMoms is the leading social network for young and expectant mothers in France. With over 2 million messages exchanged each month, we are the go-to resource for everyday life for French families—from pregnancy until the child is 10 years old.

Our app now reaches 65% of French families with children aged 0 to 10, with a presence in 100% of departments. 30% of our users are pregnant, and the majority are mothers of children aged 0 to 10 who come looking for answers to all their household consumer questions: food, baby products, fashion, insurance, travel, home, and much more.

We're a team of 15 people who collaborate daily with over 200 partner brands (Petit Bateau, Weleda, Danone, Mam, Nike, Love & Green, etc.) to help them better understand and reach mothers, thanks to an offering that combines conversational insights, data-driven content creation, and impactful advertising campaigns.

✨ Insights & Strategy Apprenticeship ✨

This position reports directly to the CEO. You will be the CEO's strategic right-hand person, at the heart of understanding moms and driving the performance of our partner campaigns.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Business Recommendations ("Reco") : Objective: To convince our future partners to work with us.

    • Participate in the creation of business proposals by analyzing audience data from dashboards.

    • Extract relevant insights to meet each brand's objectives.

    • Gather the insights and "reco" formats to eventually redesign the library and create a smart database.

  • Campaign Reports : Objective: To ensure repeat business for our campaigns by demonstrating their effectiveness to partners.

    • Create campaign report presentations.

    • Develop key insights regarding campaign impact, including marketing learnings provided by the Insight Team.

    • Build our "best-cases" based on these analyses.

  • Trend Reports & Surveys : Objective: Develop our insights database to enrich our campaigns and support our partners. Create trend reports by industry (e.g., infant formula, fashion & retail) and by key periods (e.g., Christmas, Easter)

    • Program surveys, monitor their progress, and present the results

    • Support the team and help our clients better understand their consumers

Desired profile:

  • Business school, advertising school, or Master's degree in Marketing or equivalent

  • 12-month apprenticeship sought — starting at the end of August

  • Ideally, prior experience in marketing, insights, or a similar field

  • Aptitude for analysis and strong synthesis skills

  • Excellent and meticulous communicator

  • Proficiency in AI tools such as Claude and PowerPoint, and comfort with data analysis
