TriStar is seeking energetic Inside Sales Representatives interested in a career with a stable and innovative company. The desire to work with new and existing customers via the phones is the key element to success in this position.
Generate revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders; understanding and interpreting technical requirements; providing technical information; developing accounts.
Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identifying sales opportunities.
Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations.
Close new accounts by answering telephone, fax, and e-mail inquiries; verifying and entering information.
Develop accounts by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features.
Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
Preferred
- BA/BS degree
- Customer Service or Inside Sales Experience
- Experience working with a CRM, like Salesforce

TriStar provides a competitive base salary plus commission and bonuses (On-Target-Earnings for first year - $35,000-$45,000) with an employee benefit program which includes a 401K plan.
