As an Independent Chef Apprentice, you play an important role in the kitchen team. You actively participate in daily kitchen operations and support in preparing high-quality dishes for our guests. During your apprenticeship, you will further develop your cooking skills and gradually learn to work more independently.
You will work with fresh ingredients, assist with mise-en-place, and help ensure the quality and presentation of all dishes. In addition, you contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized kitchen environment in line with HACCP guidelines.
Together with the Chef and your colleagues, you will learn about different sections in the kitchen and develop your culinary skills in a dynamic environment.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU ?
As an MBO student, you will receive an internship allowance of €750,- gross per month fulltime, consisting of:
€670,- internship compensation
€80,- expense allowance
We work with variable payment periods of 4 or 5 weeks at a time, depending on the number of days and hours worked. This means one month you may receive a bit less and the next month a bit more.
