Employee Lifecycle Management:
 
  • Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including but not limited to pre-onboarding, onboarding and offboarding.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate support on HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage the end-to-end process for work visa applications, renewals, and compliance.
  • Maintenance of insurance enrollment & disenrollment
  • Conducting of HR Orientation whenever required
 
HR System/Data:
 
  • Maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS and other databases which includes creation of new hire profiles & account closures for resignees
 
HR Projects & Compliance:
 
  • Assist in the review, development, and implementation of HR policies to ensure regional alignment and compliance.
  • Add hoc HR projects as assigned
 
Payroll Administration:
  • Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Maintain payroll records including salaries, allowances, deductions, and overtime etc
  • Ensure payroll compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
  • Coordinate with finance and external payroll vendors where applicable.
  • Handle payroll-related queries from employees.
  • Prepare payroll reports and support audits when required.
 
Qualifications & Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 - 4 years of HR experience, with a strong understanding of HR operations, payroll administration and the employee lifecycle
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel for data analysis and reporting).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
