HR Workday Governance, Integration & Enablement Lead at NielsenIQ is a senior remote HR technology role for experienced Workday professionals. You'll earn $80k–$105k/yr owning the HR technology operating model, coordinating major Workday implementation and governance projects across global HR teams — a high-impact position for leaders ready to shape enterprise HR systems.
You'll develop and maintain the Workday governance framework and operating model across HR functions, coordinate integration projects between Workday modules and external systems, lead enablement initiatives including training and change management for HR teams worldwide, manage Workday configurations and customizations to support business requirements, and partner with IT and business stakeholders to ensure system alignment and adoption.
You need at least 5+ years of Workday experience with deep expertise in HR module configuration and governance, proven project leadership and cross-functional coordination skills, and strong knowledge of HR processes and technology best practices.
