Position Summary
Client is seeking an entrylevel HR Operations Assistant (Contract) to support shortterm HR Operations and HRIS initiatives.This role will focus primarily on organizing, standardizing, and preparing electronic HR documents for centralization and upload into our HRIS system.The ideal candidate is detailoriented, highly organized, and comfortable working with electronic files and confidential information.This is a handson, executionfocused role that will also support additional HR Operations or HRIS projects as needed.
What Youll Do
Review, organize, and standardize electronic HR documents in accordance with defined naming conventions and formatting standardsCentralize documents into designated secure folders or repositoriesPrepare documents for upload into the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistencyValidate document types, versions, and required metadata prior to uploadTrack progress and flag issues such as duplicates, missing information, or quality concernsMaintain confidentiality and comply with data handling and record retention guidelinesProvide support on other HR Operations or HRIS projects as assigned (e.g., data cleanup, audits, documentation support)

Preferred Qualifications
02 years of experience in an administrative, operations, HR, or datafocused roleProficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to clean, manipulate, and reconcile data across multiple sources with a high degree of accuracy.Experience supporting document management, data entry, auditing, or records administrationExposure to HR systems (e.g., HRIS platforms) is a plus but not required
