We are looking for an enthusiastic Hospitality Management student
(or another related study background) who would like to assist the Housekeeping Manager with her tasks and supervise the daily operations within the housekeeping department. You will play an important role in supporting the team in achieving consistent and high‑quality results. In addition, you will work on projects focused on improving operational processes.
Another advantage of this internship is that you will gain extensive experience with Opera (PMS), the most widely used Property Management System in the global hotel industry.

By now, we have become an essential part of Amsterdam-West. With eighteen floors, our hotel offers spectacular views over the entire city. On the 17th floor, you will find Floor 17, where you can enjoy the tastiest cocktails and dishes at a height of 85 meters.

WHO ARE YOU?
You are currently studying at HBO level in hospitality or tourism and are looking for an internship of at least 5 months, preferably longer (10 months).
You are great at supporting others and know exactly how to guide and train employees.
You are solution‑oriented and find innovative ways to improve daily operations.
You are energetic, know how to set priorities, and know how to delegate.
You speak fluent English.
WHAT DO YOU GET FROM US (BESIDES A GREAT TEAM OF COURSE)?
As an HBO student, you receive an internship allowance of €750 gross per month (full‑time), consisting of €670 internship allowance and €80 expense allowance. Payment is done in variable periods of 4 or 5 weeks based on worked days and hours — meaning one month may be slightly lower and the next slightly higher.
