We are looking for someone to work part-time during the week and/or on rotating weekends. We have three event spaces, an office, a warehouse, and four Airbnb apartments that need daily and weekly cleaning. We can be somewhat flexible with the schedule, but candidates should have at least 1-3 day of weekday availability and be willing to work 2-3 weekends per month. 

Job Duties

  • Clean and maintain event spaces, offices, restrooms, hallways, parking areas, and other work areas according to company standards and assigned checklists.

  • Complete deep cleaning and reset tasks to keep facilities polished, guest-ready, and prepared for upcoming events.

  • Clean short-term rental apartments according to company standards during time-sensitive turnover windows.

  • Complete laundry tasks, including washing, drying, pressing, folding, and organizing towels, linens, and tablecloths.

  • Wash, dry, polish, sort, and put away dishes, glassware, and other service items.

  • Monitor cleaning supply needs and communicate restocking or purchasing needs in a timely manner.

  • Assist with event setup or equipment movement as needed to support cleaning, resets, or venue readiness.

  • Follow all applicable laws, licensing requirements, and company procedures related to your work, including safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and workplace conduct standards.

  • Use company property, equipment, and workspaces responsibly and help maintain them in clean, organized, working condition.

  • Maintain a professional appearance and present yourself in a way that reflects our hospitality standards and brand.

  • Perform other duties and support additional shifts or assignments as needed based on business needs.

Typical Schedule

This is an event-based role with both part-time and full-time opportunities. Part-time team members are typically expected to work 12-28 hours a week, full-time is 30-40. Weekend shifts are required. There is some seasonality to the position, with our high season being March-May and September-December. Most hours can be flexible to adapt around another job or caregiving schedules.

Compensation & Benefits

  • This is a non-exempt position that pays $16.50-$18 an hour depending on experience.

  • Eligible to participate in our Employee Referral Bonus programs.

We’re looking for someone with the experience, drive, and heart to thrive in a fast-paced, people-centered role. To be successful, you should:

  • Have 1+ years of experience in a relevant role.

  • Lead with respect and inclusivity—we proudly serve clients of all backgrounds, identities, beliefs, and relationships, and team members must be able to support all clients with professionalism and care.

  • Be comfortable using technology tools to stay organized and efficient.

  • Be able to communicate in conversational English.

  • Present yourself professionally.

  • Have the flexibility to work frequent evenings and weekends to accommodate client needs.

  • Have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for daily travel between venues and our corporate office.

  • Have a cell phone with voice, text, and data capabilities available for work use.

  • Be able to perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation, including standing and walking for extended periods and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs.

  • Hold a high school diploma or GED.

  • Be able to successfully pass a background check consistent with applicable law and the requirements of the role.

  • Be able to successfully pass a drug screening consistent with applicable law and company policy.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
