As a Floor 17 Hostess, you are the first point of contact at our rooftop bar and restaurant on the 17th floor. You make sure every guest feels welcome right away and is ready for a unique experience overlooking Amsterdam.
Who are we?
By now, we have become a well-known name in Amsterdam-West. With eighteen floors, our hotel offers a spectacular view over the entire city. On the 17th floor, you’ll find Floor17, where you can enjoy delicious cocktails and dishes at 85 meters high.
Our rooftop terrace hosts the most exciting events, such as movie nights, ice hockey games, and relaxing yoga sessions. Want to hold a meeting with a breathtaking view? That’s possible too!

What will you do?
Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude
Guide guests to their table or seating area
Manage reservations and keep overview during busy shifts
Create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere
Support the team where needed
WHO ARE YOU
• You always put the guest first.
• You are flexible, energetic and calm in any situation.
• You have experience as a receptionist; F&B experience is a plus.
• You work well independently and in a team.
• You are proactive, responsible and a real go-getter.
• Experience with reservation systems and first aid is an advantage.
• You speak fluent Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
• At least two years of hospitality experience.
• You can easily travel to work at all times.
