practices.</strong></p><p>You will play a key role in <strong>credentialing, administrative workflow management, patient intake monitoring, and revenue cycle support</strong>, helping ensure smooth provider credentialing and insurance enrollment</li><li>Perform insurance verification and assist with prior authorizations</li><li>Track provider licenses and compliance requirements</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Administrative & Practice Operations</strong></p><ul><li>Handle administrative tasks and workflow coordination for the practice</li><li>Support practice launch operations as the clinic is being set up</li><li>Provide general administrative support for day-to-day operations</li><li>Assist with project management and task tracking</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Patient Support & Intake Monitoring</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor the patient intake application</li><li>Provide customer service support for patient intake issues</li><li>Communicate with patients through inbound and outbound calls</li><li>Ensure a smooth patient onboarding experience</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Billing & Revenue Cycle Support</strong></p><ul><li>Assist with medical billing processes</li><li>Support revenue cycle management workflows</li><li>Help with scheduling and insurance-related billing tasks</li><li>Potential involvement in full RCM for concierge telehealth services</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Charting & Technology Integration</strong></p><ul><li>Manage charting workflows within the EHR</li><li>Support AI scribe integration and documentation workflows</li><li>Assist with automation and AI-powered tools used by the practice</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Marketing & Patient Engagement</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct patient outreach to the existing patient base</li><li>Coordinate light marketing initiatives</li><li>Support patient engagement <strong>manage multiple workflows independently</strong></li><li>Thrives in a <strong>startup or practice launch environment</strong></li><li>Demonstrates <strong>excellent organization and project management skills</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Healthcare administration experience preferred</li><li>Experience with medical billing, scheduling, insurance verification, or prior authorization</li><li>Experience using AdvancedMD EHR strongly preferred</li><li>Previous experience working as a Virtual Assistant is preferred but not required</li><li>Medical degree or medical license is NOT required</li></ul><p></p><h3>Basic requirements</h3><ul><li>Must be highly proficient in speaking and writing English</li><li>Must have relevant healthcare or administrative work experience</li><li>Be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding [mandatory]</li><li>Must be available for video meetings with
