We started our journey back in 2005, building the first ever peer-to-peer lending company. Fast forward to 2020 and we launched Zopa Bank. A bank that listens to what our customers don’t like about finance and does the opposite. We’re redefining what it feels like to work in finance. The valuations team plays a critical role in shaping lending strategy and supporting growth across the bank. The models and frameworks built by the team underpin key business decisions across multiple lending products.
This is an opportunity to lead and evolve the future of valuations at the bank. The business is looking to move beyond a single NPV model approach towards a broader and more sophisticated suite of valuation tools that better support decision making across the lending lifecycle.
You’ll lead a team of credit analysts and data scientists, combining strategic thinking, stakeholder management and technical expertise in a highly visible role.
