What will you be doing?

As Guest Service Manager (GSM) for The Manor Hotel Limited Edition in Amsterdam, you are the driving force behind an exceptional Guest Experience. You analyse guest reviews on a continuous basis and advise the hotel teams on actions to improve the Guest Experience. You work together with a dynamic team of Hosts who form the heart of our hotels — welcoming guests, crafting great coffees and wines with snacks in the lobby, serving a delicious breakfast , and ensuring every stay ends with a warm farewell.

 

Your mission is to empower the team to deliver these moments flawlessly. You analyse, advise, coach, train, and inspire daily, creating an environment that allows the team to deliver exceptional service to every guest. You continuously look for ways to elevate the guest journey. In this, you are supported by the Operation Manager and report directly to the General Manager, who is committed to your success. You have a wide experience in 4 start plus service and Food & Beverage.

  • You bring experience from a similar Food & Beverage & Front Office or Guest Service leadership role.

  • You bring strong cultural awareness and an ongoing curiosity to understand and learn more.

  • You are fluent in English, Dutch, and German or French.

  • You live in or near Amsterdam.
