You'll be the welcoming face and first point of contact for all our guests and visitors, playing a vital role in creating unforgettable experiences from the moment they arrive. - Collaborate seamlessly with other departments to ensure every guest need is addressed with creativity and care
- Resolve guest concerns and challenges with a positive, solution-oriented approach, turning potential issues into opportunities to impress
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and preferences to support personalized service delivery

- Proven experience in a guest-facing or customer service role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse guests and team members
- Strong time management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without compromising service quality
- Genuine interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport easily with guests and colleagues at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to deliver prompt, efficient service while identifying opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with a proactive, empathetic approach
- Entrepreneurial mindset with drive, ambition, and infectious energy
- Multilingual abilities (French and English Language required)
- Familiarity with hospitality management systems and software (preferred)
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certification (required)
- Valid C Class Driver's License (essential)
- Professional appearance and presentation standards
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude, resilience, and genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
