You'll be the welcoming face and first point of contact for all our guests and visitors, playing a vital role in creating unforgettable experiences from the moment they arrive.   • Welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism, managing arrivals and departures efficiently while setting a positive tone for their stay
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries, demonstrating a commitment to exceeding expectations
  • Collaborate seamlessly with other departments to ensure every guest need is addressed with creativity and care
  • Resolve guest concerns and challenges with a positive, solution-oriented approach, turning potential issues into opportunities to impress
  • Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and preferences to support personalized service delivery
  • Promote loyalty programs and special offerings with enthusiasm, highlighting benefits and value to our guests
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and organizational excellence
  • Embrace flexibility in scheduling, including availability for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts across our seven-day operation
  • Demonstrate professional appearance and conduct that reflects our organization's commitment to hospitality excellence
  • Support team members across all levels, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment
  • Proven experience in a guest-facing or customer service role within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse guests and team members
  • Strong time management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without compromising service quality
  • Genuine interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport easily with guests and colleagues at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver prompt, efficient service while identifying opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with a proactive, empathetic approach
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with drive, ambition, and infectious energy
  • Multilingual abilities (French and English Language required)
  • Familiarity with hospitality management systems and software (preferred)
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certification (required)
  • Valid C Class Driver's License (essential)
  • Professional appearance and presentation standards
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
