Working at Omnisend is... kind of boring. Not the soul-crushing kind of boring — more like the “no drama, no chaos, just smart people doing great work” kind. The kind that lets you focus on what matters, without pointless meetings, micromanagement, or bureaucracy. We’re data-driven. We test, we iterate, we improve. Gut feelings don’t drive decisions — insights do. We trust each other. We’re transparent, give real feedback, and actually listen. No egos, no hand-holding — just a team of experienced professionals moving fast, adapting easily, and delivering impact. Omnisend is customer-funded and customer-driven. Our work is rooted in solving real problems that help ecommerce brands grow. No empty promises — we bring in results. And yes, we have fun. But the grown-up kind — workations, team gatherings, the occasional party. No forced fun, no awkward icebreakers. Just genuine moments with a team that actually enjoys working together.
We’re looking for a GTM AI Engineer to help our business teams move faster by building practical AI-powered systems, automations, and internal tools.
This role is roughly 75% focused on GTM and 25% focused on internal operations. Most of your work will support revenue-facing teams across marketing, growth, partnerships, SEO, and revenue operations. A smaller part of the role will support selected internal operations projects where AI and automation can reduce manual work, improve knowledge access, or make internal processes more scalable.
You do not need to be a traditional software engineer to succeed in this role. You might come from engineering, automation, RevOps, Marketing Ops, Growth, data, or be a strong AI-assisted builder using tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, Replit, n8n, Supabase, or similar platforms.
What matters is proof: you have built working tools, automations, integrations, or internal apps that solved real problems and were used by other people. You understand what you build, why it works, and how to improve or fix it when needed. You already have shipped work you can show us: a GitHub/GitLab repo, deployed app, automation, internal tool, or portfolio project.
This is not a research role, and it is not about building impressive demos that nobody uses. This role is about building the technical layer that helps teams operate differently.
The goal is simple: Help teams create more impact without needing more manual work or more headcount.
