------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Join us as a Growth Performance Analyst Apprentice to help Qonto's Growth team make faster, sharper decisions — by turning raw data into trusted insights, automating weekly reporting, and making sure the numbers leadership sees on Monday morning are always right. You'll work closely with Nora, our Senior Growth Performance Analyst, within a team of 5 analysts who act as trusted business partners to Qonto's entire Growth organisation — acquisition, sales, expansion, and partnerships — across 8 European markets.

➡️ What you'll do

  • Own run reporting end-to-end: Maintain and improve the WBR/MBR data pipelines and dashboards — the weekly pulse of Qonto's Growth performance, read by the Blue Team.
  • Drive AI-powered automation: Build on the automation work already started — use SQL, Google Sheets, and AI tools to make recurring reporting faster, more reliable, and less manual. This is a named Q2 team priority you'll own.
  • Deliver ad hoc performance analyses: Answer sharp business questions on acquisition funnels, upsell, cross-sell, and conversion for Growth business partners and senior leadership.
  • Support the compensation cycle: Contribute to target-setting data, bonus calculation checks, and tooling on Amalia — one of the highest-visibility workstreams in Growth.
  • Work across the full Growth scope: Collaborate daily with the Data/BA team and Strategic Finance — the two closest partners of Growth Performance.

➡️ What we're looking for

  • SQL fluency: You query data autonomously — joins, aggregations, window functions. You build, you don't copy-paste.
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets: You build clean, structured models and dashboards. QUERY, INDEX/MATCH, and pivot tables are second nature.
  • AI-native mindset: You already use AI tools to move faster — coding assistance, data analysis, automation. We expect you to push it further.
  • Growth funnel business sense: You understand what acquisition, upsell, cross-sell, and conversion mean in business terms — you think about data through that lens, not just technically.
  • Rigor and data trust: You double-check, document, and flag issues before anyone asks. The WBR lands in front of senior leadership every week — accuracy is non-negotiable.

➡️ What we can offer you

  • Impact from week one: Your data feeds the Blue Team every Monday morning — the most senior leaders at Qonto see your work immediately.
  • A real AI project to own: The team's Q2 priority is AI-driven reporting automation. You'll inherit it, extend it, and make it yours.
  • The widest analytical scope in Growth: Acquisition, Sales, Expansion, Partnerships, Brand — one team, every Growth function, across 8 markets.
  • A lean, senior team: 5 analysts with clear pillars (Measure, Plan & Steer, Enable) and a culture where impactful communication is the standard. You'll learn fast because the bar is high and the feedback is direct.

➡️ Your future manager

You'll work day-to-day with Nora, Senior Growth Performance Analyst, specialised in Brand & Marketing performance. The role also reports to Elisabeth, Lead Growth Performance.

  • Nora's path? She's the most senior analyst on the team and has managed the current apprentice through his full apprenticeship. She knows exactly how to onboard someone and give them real ownership from day one.
  • What does she bring? Hands-on mentorship with increasing autonomy. You'll start with structure and guidance, then progressively own your workstreams independently.
