We are looking for a Groom to join the team of our new hotel opening in Milos.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional attitude.
- Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
- Support the Front Office team in delivering an exceptional guest experience.
- Arrange transportation and assist with guest requests when needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Good command of English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Valid driving license will be considered an advantage.
