AYANA Hospitality is pleased to offer an opportunity for a General Affair Officer to join our team at the beautiful AYANA Komodo Resort. This role plays a vital part in supporting the resort’s operational compliance, government relations, and asset administration, ensuring smooth coordination with regulatory authorities and maintaining the highest operational standards.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate government relations and regulatory documentation, including processing operational permits related to hotel and marine operations.
- Handle expatriate administration, including processing and monitoring documents such as RPTKA, IMTA, and KITAS.
- Maintain company asset documentation, including land administration.
- Coordinate company vehicle administration and maintenance, ensuring documentation and operational readiness.
- Support marine compliance and vessel documentation monitoring in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in General Affairs, Government Relations, Legal Administration, or Compliance, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or marine-related operations.
- Familiar with government permit processes, including operational licenses, expatriate permits (RPTKA, IMTA, KITAS), and regulatory compliance.
- Basic knowledge of asset administration, land documentation, and vehicle administration.
- Strong communication, coordination, and administrative skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with government institutions and external stakeholders.
