Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of front office staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Ensure guest check-in and check-out processes are handled efficiently and accurately.
- Provide exceptional guest service and handle guest complaints with professionalism and urgency.
- Train and motivate front office employees to maintain excellent service standards.
- Maintain communication with other hotel departments to optimize guest satisfaction.
- Monitor front office procedures to comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a front office agent within the luxury hotel industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with the Protel system will be considered an asset.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
