As a Front Office Intern, you are the first point of contact for our guests! You give them a warm welcome to the hotel and assist with check‑in. Thanks to you, our guests won’t miss a thing during their stay, and when they check out, they leave with a big smile on their face. During your internship, you will learn about a smoothly running Front Office department and everything that comes with it.

LEONARDO ROYAL HOTEL AMSTERDAM
The newest hotel of our chain is located directly at metro station Overamstel. The location of this 4-star superior hotel is ideal: 5 minutes from the Zuidas and the RAI, 10 minutes from the city center and 20 minutes from Schiphol Airport. The hotel has 18 floors and 490 rooms with fresh, innovative design and high quality modern equipment. The 1,200 square meters of conference space is divided into 11 meeting rooms and a giant ballroom; the perfect location for large events and conferences! Leonardo Royal Hotel Amsterdam is the largest hotel of the entire chain in Europe. WHO ARE YOU?
You are looking for an internship that matches your (hotel) studies.
Hospitality is in your blood, and you have a passion for the industry.
You enjoy working together — you’re a real team player.
You are flexible with your availability; we will discuss your working hours together.
You have good knowledge of Dutch and English.
WHAT DO YOU GET FROM US (BESIDES A GREAT TEAM OF COURSE)?
As an MBO student, you receive an internship allowance of €750 gross per month (full‑time), consisting of €670 internship allowance and €80 expense allowance. We use variable payment periods of 4 or 5 weeks at a time, based on the number of days and hours worked. So one month you may receive a bit less and the next month a bit more.
