Both sites have signature golf courses, while at Navarino Hills there are two further signature golf courses.
The Westin Resort Costa Navarino is looking for a Front Office Coordinator. The selected candidate will ensure smooth Front Desk Operations with administrative tasks and support the overall efficiency of Front Office.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate communication between departments and guests via email and phone calls.
- Manage orders for office supplies.
- Handle HR documentation, including roster changes, daily scans, and lunch plans as needed.
- Conduct daily checks of guest arrivals and report any issues to the Team Leader.
- Monitor flight schedules and promptly inform Front Office Management of any delays or changes, while maintaining accurate records for company data.
- Review and update guest requirements on the Marriott Global Source (MGS) platform for the Front Office Team.
- Coordinate guest comments logged in Opera and communicate relevant feedback to Supervisors.
- Prepare and provide necessary reports to Supervisors.
- Ensure the Front Office is consistently well-equipped to meet operational needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with Front Office experience in a 5-star hotel preferred.
- Possess a degree in Hospitality.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
- Exhibit strong communication etiquette, both written and verbal, with internal and external guests.
- Fluent in Greek and English, with proficiency in German, Russian, or French considered a plus.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Opera software.
- Display excellent collaboration, attention to detail, creativity, and organizational abilities.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Outstanding communicator, able to engage and charm guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Maintain a calm demeanor and uphold professional integrity at all times.
