Fresh Foods Manager at SPAR Prosperous
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Fresh Foods Manager to join our team at SPAR Prosperous.
This is a full-time position with an immediate start, offering the opportunity to showcase your skills in managing a busy deli environment and leading a team of staff members.
The Role:
Oversee the daily operations of the fresh foods department, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality
Manage and train staff members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and organised workspace
Implement and maintain HACCP standards, with a minimum requirement of HACCP level 3 training
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
Develop and update menus based on customer preferences and seasonal availability
Responsible for pricing strategies to maximize profitability while offering competitive pricing to customers
Conduct regular stocktakes to monitor inventory levels and minimise waste
