- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction with professionalism and empathy.

- Collaborate with the team to maintain high service standards and timely resolutions.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer care.
- Ability and willingness to work (remotely) and manage time effectively.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
- Interest in relocating and living in Greece.
