Cotton On Kids was established in 2005 following a strong customer demand for fashionable, fun and age-appropriate childrenswear.
Since then, we’ve added dress ups, accessories, sleepwear, created over 500,000 unique garments, with over 180 stockists and growing!
We always put our Cotton On Kids style on everything we do. From our product, to our stores, to our staff – we like everything to be a little different from the rest.

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead and manage our Chadstone Flagship Store - our biggest and best store in VIC! Here - no two days will ever be the same! Cotton On Kids moves at a fast pace with in-store promotions constantly changing, new stock arriving daily and there are visual merchandising tweaks every day.
In this high profile and extremely fast-paced role, you will need to think on your feet, maintain the stores high standard and provide exceptional customer service to each and every customer. In addition, you will motivate your team to reach their potential to achieve personal and business objectives while maintaining the fun and engaging environment our Kids brand has to offer.
- You have previously managed a fast-paced, large volume retail store to a level that shows us you can effectively take on the challenge
- You have demonstrated a leadership style that motivates and inspires your team to be the best that they can be, every day
- You have proven experience in managing and leading a team to achieve sales targets and KPI’s for a store.
- You have the ability to execute world class visual merchandising from a weekly VM basis that aligns with our Cotton On Kids brand.
- You have the ability to thrive under pressure and multi-task so that the priorities of customer service, operations and your team are always executed with excellence
