We offer the following:

  • Competitive package including full salary (50-80% commission payout is not included in salary rather earned separately through production), sign-on bonus (for experienced producers), and no office expenditures i.e. rent, assistants, phone, tech support etc. 
  • Full retirement and benefit package include 401K, two pension plans (second non contributory plan for representatives with production above 100,001 credits) health insurance, long-term disability, life insurance, Rx coverage as well as dental, hearing and vision coverage; all standard for full time employees.

  • Prospecting for clients through networking and referrals 

  • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients 

  • Providing financial solutions for clients through fact gathering and needs analyses

  • Expanding personal knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development and joint work with fellow associates

  • A, BS, and/or graduate degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Financial Industry experience required 
  • Sales experience required
  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident living in New York City area
  • Strong market development and networking skills 
  • Self-motivated, disciplined and goal-oriented 
  • A strong verbal, interpersonal and written communicator with demonstrated success in building new relationships 
  • Exhibits a commitment to professionalism, honestly and a strong work ethic 
  • Life, Accident & Health Insurance license (recommended)
