Key Responsibilities:
- Source, engage, and attract high-quality candidates across multiple industries.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job postings, negotiation, and offer management.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
- Provide regular updates and insights to relevant stakeholders on recruitment progress and market developments.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition professional, preferably in a freelance role.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
