The Executive Housekeeper at AYANA Hospitality is responsible for leading and managing the housekeeping department to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across all AYANA properties. This role entails supervising housekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards, managing budgets and inventories, and collaborating with other operational departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate housekeeping teams to deliver superior cleanliness standards consistently.
- Plan, organize, and control daily housekeeping activities and staff scheduling.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house to ensure compliance with hygiene and presentation standards.
- Manage housekeeping budgets, maintain inventories, and coordinate with procurement for supplies and equipment.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and service quality.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Executive Housekeeper in the four stars hotel or resort industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Proven leadership abilities with excellent team management and interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of housekeeping operations, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
