Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer at Mercor is a mid-level remote admin role for organized, proactive EAs ready to own a CEO's calendar and operations. You'll earn $55k–$75k/yr managing complex scheduling across time zones, expense tracking, and strategic priorities — ideal for professionals with 3+ years of EA experience seeking remote flexibility and meaningful impact.

You'll manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination across global time zones with precision, track and process business expenses and financial reports to support decision-making, draft communications, prepare briefing materials, and handle confidential information with discretion, coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for executive-level meetings and events, and proactively anticipate needs and solve problems before they surface.

You need at least 3 years of executive assistant or senior administrative experience, proficiency in calendar management tools and Microsoft Office, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not always required — demonstrated EA excellence and a track record of supporting senior leaders matter most.
