Our client, a prestigious and globally recognised law firm, has recently moved into a stunning new office near Moorgate Station, and we’re looking for a dynamic Events Assistant to help bring the space to life.

About the Role
As the Events Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the firm’s in-house events operation. Working onsite with our team, you’ll support and co ordinate events across a dedicated events floor and other key areas of the new building.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You’ll be the first point of contact for colleagues, clients, and guests. Setting the tone for the day with warmth, professionalism, and a proactive approach. You’ll be constantly on the move, supporting the flow of the space and ensuring every interaction feels seamless and welcoming.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the Guest Services experience, helping to build a culture that’s inclusive, energising, and inspiring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and co ordinate in-house events across the firm’s new workplace
  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to all colleagues, clients, and visitors
  • Act as the first point of contact for queries, offering solutions with confidence and empathy
  • Work closely with the onsite team to maintain the energy, flow, and atmosphere of the space
  • Assist with event logistics, set ups, guest management, and on-the-day coordination
  • Contribute to a high quality, people-first Guest Services experience

Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts between 7am-10pm from Mon-Fri
Salary: £35,350 per annum

We’re looking for someone personable, relatable, and confident, who genuinely enjoys interacting with people and creating positive experiences.

You will bring:

  • Demonstratable experience within a structured customer service or events role
  • A strong customer-first mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Confidence in managing your own time and prioritising tasks
  • A calm, approachable presence, even in busy or fast-changing situations
  • Professionalism, empathy, and excellent communication skills
  • Experience within a law firm or professional services environment (advantageous but not essential)
  • The ability to be on your feet and actively engaged throughout the day
