You'll build and execute North America GTM strategy, identify and qualify enterprise prospects, lead complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery to close, mentor and coach a growing sales team to hit targets, and contribute to product and positioning feedback based on customer conversations.
You need 7+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally with 3+ years leading sales teams or managing major accounts. A bachelor's degree is preferred, but exceptional track record in quota attainment and deal leadership can substitute. You should have deep B2B sales methodology knowledge and comfort in early-stage, fast-moving environments.
