You'll support AI research teams with technical problem-solving and engineering expertise, review and optimize code and algorithms across various engineering domains, design experiments and validate solutions for research applications, contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing, and collaborate with researchers to translate theory into working systems.
You need 5–8 years of professional engineering experience with strong fundamentals in computer science, mathematics, or related field, hands-on expertise in at least one major engineering domain (software, ML, robotics, hardware design, etc.), and proven ability to solve complex technical problems. A bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science is expected. English fluency for async and real-time collaboration is required.
