Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support to Dutch-speaking Booking.com users via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with booking inquiries, cancellations, modifications, and other related requests professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to improve customer service processes and ensure consistent support quality.
- Stay updated on Booking.com products, policies, and promotions to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support, ideally in the travel or hospitality industry, is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and standard customer support tools.
- Willingness and ability to relocate to Athens, Greece.
