Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support to Dutch/Flemish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Address customer inquiries related to products, services, and policies accurately and professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure a satisfying customer experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system to support ongoing improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to offer informed assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is an advantage.
- No experience needed, but willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively within a team.
