We are currently looking for Dutch-speaking professionals to join a growing international team in Greece as Customer Account Specialists. In this role, you will communicate with customers regarding account-related matters, provide support and guidance on payment arrangements, and help maintain positive customer relationships through professional and solution-oriented communication.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with Dutch-speaking customers via phone and email
- Handle account and payment-related inquiries in a professional manner
- Support customers in finding suitable payment solutions and arrangements
- Maintain accurate records and update customer information in the system
- Follow internal procedures and compliance guidelines
- Deliver a positive and customer-focused experience during every interaction
Requirements
- Native or near-native level of Dutch
- Excellent level of English (C1 or higher)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with professional approach
- Previous experience in customer support, collections, finance or account management
- Ability to work independently and manage sensitive conversations professionally
