JDE Peet’s is currently looking for a Direct To Consumer Manager BeneLux to join us on a temporary base (ad-interim/freelance) starting now until end of January. This role is based in Brussels and is part of the Media & Digital Northern Europe team. As a DTC Manager, you will drive the growth and profitability of our owned e-commerce channels. You own the full digital commerce funnel - from portfolio strategy and traffic acquisition to conversion, retention, and consumer experience.

What you’ll do

  • Own the e-commerce strategy & trading agenda: define portfolio, pricing, promotions, and activation calendar to deliver revenue and margin growth
  • Drive online performance: optimize the full funnel (traffic → conversion → retention) using data, CRO, and experimentation
  • Elevate consumer experience: ensure best-in-class journey across content, website, CRM, and post-purchase experience
  • Lead digital execution: develop high-performing assets and optimize SEO, navigation, and digital shelf
  • Maximize ROI: manage A&P investments, track performance (ROAS, CPA, CLV), and continuously improve efficiency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: work closely with Brand, Media, IT, E-commerce, and Operations to deliver seamless execution

What you bring

  • 5+ years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or commercial roles (preferably FMCG)
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce drivers (CRO, AOV, CLV, ROAS)
  • Proven track record in driving online sales and optimizing performance funnels
  • Data-driven, strategic, and hands-on mindset
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and preferably Dutch and/or French
