We have an immediate opening for a Dispatcher/Administrative Assistant in Lacey, WA. Job duties include:
- Scheduling appropriately certified field technicians and inspectors for multiple construction projects
- Providing clients with high-quality customer service
- Communicating client needs to field staff
- Inputting data into scheduling software
- Preparing field files for staff
- Assist Administrative Manager with:
- Fleet Management
- Inspector Certification Management
- Equipment Tracking
- Other miscellaneous administrative tasks, as assigned.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of dispatching experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Highly detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Availability for occasional after-hours and weekend coordination of field staff
- Experience dispatching for construction or other fast-paced industries
Status: Full time, in office
Salary range: $23-28/hour, depending on experience
