Our client, a boutique hotel in Atlanta is seeking several Dishwashers/Porters for a 3-month task force opportunity. There is potential for these positions to convert to full-time after the assignment.
These positions will have the responsibility of washing and sanitizing dishes, glassware, and utensils while also supporting the kitchen with food prep.
Maintain a clean working environment by sweeping and mopping kitchen floors daily.
Scrape plates, sort dishes, and rinse glassware before putting them in the dishwasher.
Maintain proper amounts of detergents and other cleaning supplies, and notify the supervisor of any mechanical defects with the dishwashing machine.
Attend regular employee meetings that will help you stay current on all safety protocols and procedures.
Place utensils and dishes in proper storage areas after unloading the dishwasher.
Qualifications:
Strong work ethic
Punctual
Hospitality experience preferred
Must be eligible to work in the USA
