- Develop and implement regional spa strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
- Lead and oversee all spa and wellness operations across Rixos properties in the region
- Ensure consistent luxury spa service standards across all hotel properties
- Design and optimize spa menus, wellness programs, and treatment offerings
- Drive spa revenue growth through innovative packages, promotions, and retail strategies
- Monitor spa financial performance including revenue, cost control, and profitability
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and service quality across all spa facilities
- Recruit, train, and develop spa teams including therapists, managers, and wellness staff
- Establish and maintain standardized spa SOPs, protocols, and treatment guidelines
- Oversee inventory and procurement of spa products, equipment, and retail items
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and wellness regulations
- Conduct regular spa audits and quality inspections across all properties
- Analyze guest feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Introduce new wellness trends, therapies, and holistic experiences
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to promote spa services and wellness offerings
- Manage spa budgets, pricing strategies, and revenue optimization initiatives
- Support pre-opening spa design, setup, and operational readiness for new hotels
- Coordinate with F&B, Fitness, and Entertainment teams for integrated wellness experiences
- Ensure proper maintenance and presentation of spa facilities and equipment
- Lead regional spa team meetings and performance reviews
- Report spa performance, challenges, and strategic initiatives to the VP of Operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Spa Management, Wellness Management, or related field
- Professional certifications in Spa Therapy, Wellness, or Holistic Health are an advantage
- 8–15+ years of experience in spa and wellness operations
- Minimum 5 years in a senior regional or multi-property spa leadership role
- Strong experience in luxury hotel spas or resort wellness operations
- Proven expertise in spa revenue management and treatment menu development
- Strong understanding of wellness trends, therapies, and luxury guest expectations
- Experience managing large spa teams across multiple properties
- Strong leadership, customer service, and operational management skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
