Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a highly motivated Digital Trust and Safety Specialist fluent in Norwegian and English to join our team. In this role, you will be key to maintaining a secure and trustworthy digital environment by monitoring user activities, investigating safety issues, and enforcing community standards across our platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and review user-generated content and interactions to identify violations of safety policies.
- Conduct thorough investigations into safety incidents and escalations, providing detailed analysis and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop, update, and enforce digital trust and safety policies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on safety trends and incidents to inform decision-making.
- Stay informed about emerging threats and best practices in digital trust and safety.
- Engage with users to promote safe online behavior and respond to inquiries related to safety concerns.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Previous experience in digital safety, content moderation, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to manage user interactions professionally and effectively.
- Proactive mindset with a keen interest in online safety and security challenges.
- Knowledge of online safety tools and digital content management platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
