We want you for a new and exciting product. You like to develop something new, help shaping the future-proof basis of our portals substantially and lead our product to success with your abilities and commitment? You love working on overarching strategic initiatives that take centre stage? Then this is the right position for you! We are swiftly looking for a DevOps thinking Systems Engineer (m/w) for our new, cross functional developer team in Munich.
Your tasks in detail:
- You co-conceptualise the platform architecture
- You provide components of the infrastructure and services
- You care for integration and automatization
- You operate and monitor the applications and services
- You assure the required quality
- Motivation, ideas and commitment to decisively accelerate the project
- Will to take responsibility and implement products independently
- Experience with modern web architectures and concepts (Buzzwords: Docker, orchestration, automatization, scaling)
- You are deep into technologies like AWS EC2 (or similar clouds)
- Familiar with Terraform, Docker, Ansible (Puppet, Chef)
- Graphing and Alarming concepts away from “classic monitoring”
- Good command of English and capacity for teamwork
- Completed degree with main focus on informatics or an adequate apprenticeship, plus several years professional experience in (grownup) platform administration
