MMC is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our team in the Health, Wellness, and Fitness industry. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data systems, supporting our mission to provide exceptional health and wellness solutions.
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for efficiently managing large volumes of information, ensuring data quality, and contributing to the smooth operation of our business processes.
Key Objectives
• Accurately input and update data related to health, wellness, and fitness programs.
• Maintain data integrity by verifying and correcting information as needed.
• Support cross-functional teams with timely and reliable data management.
Responsibilities
• Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Review data for errors or inconsistencies and make necessary corrections.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data quality and completeness.
• Assist in generating reports and summaries based on entered data.
• Manage confidential information with discretion and adhere to data privacy policies.
• Identify and suggest improvements to data entry processes to enhance efficiency.
• Meet daily and weekly data entry deadlines to support business operations.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with database systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
